I'm getting sick and it's awful.
Last week my niece and nephew had the croup. Tuesday, my nephew got the flu and started throwing up. I'm talking projectile vomiting. Wednesday, my niece and a different nephew got ear aches. It was a sad week for that poor little family. So after living with them through that week, I knew I would get sick, but I was really rooting for the flu. It last a day or two and then is gone. Instead, I'm getting a cold. They seem to last forever. I noticed a lot of sniffing going on lately. At church, K-Mart, it's everywhere. Those of you still healthy- sanitize everything! Even the air you breathe. Just hold a can of Lysol up in front of you.

I saw this old guy at the supermarket last week shopping for cookies. He had a terrible cough. He would cough and cough, pick up a bag of cookies, look at it, put it down, cough some more, pick up another bag, look at it, etc. for at least five minutes. I could hear him two aisles down. It's just not right.

The croup? I didn't even know people still got that these days.
